Hi I’m Millie, a qualified mat and reformer pilates instructor with a passion for helping people discover the benefits of pilates. Pilates allows you to increase in strength, mobility and establish mind muscle connection.
I discovered pilates when I was training professionally as a dancer, I quickly realised how beneficial pilates was, not only to my dance training but also to everyday life. After completing my degree in sports psychology, I decided to embark on my Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification with HFE, shortly followed by my reformer training. As I continue to grow in my teaching, I aim to undergo my 600 hour full comprehensive training to allow me to increase my knowledge and progress in the field.
My teaching style is attentive, calming and encouraging. I like to use my background in dance to create classes that flow seamlessly, providing an enjoyable and effective class. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, and embrace the benefits of pilates in a safe and comfortable environment.
